Notes *Blight has taken the Skeletal Minion
necromancer variant, as described on page 63
of Unearthed Arcana.
------------------------------
History Blight was specifically created as the perfect assistant for his necromancer owner. For a time, he fulfilled this function admirably. Then, one day, something changed. Despite the fact that his owner was somewhat cruel to him, Blight had become quite attached to the necromancer. He had been spending enough time around the dead to begin to grasp the concept of mortality, and the thought of losing the one person who gave his life purpose was too much for the warforged. One evening, after his master had retired to his bedroom, Blight crept across the house and strangled the necromancer in his sleep. After spending a great deal of the night carefully stripping the corpse of all flesh, Blight enacted a dark ritual he had discovered in one of his master's necromantic texts. Though the book was consumed by the vile energies unleashed during the ritual, the master rose once more. Blight knew he would never again need to fear losing his former owner.

I'm not sure what possessed me to do this. I'd love to play him someday, though. Maybe someday, when we're all thoroughly bored with our current Eberron characters ... or if we decide to start up a new Eberron game with Dj ...

Well, there's always Wednesday nights...
That might be an idea. If I ever hear from him again, I'll mention that, and see what he says.
